Safe Associate Terms & Conditions

We want every associate to work with honesty, trust, and integrity.
The following rules apply to all associates:

1. Associate Registration

• Every associate must provide their full name, address, mobile number, Aadhaar card, and bank details before joining the company.
• The company will issue an official ID (Associate Code) to each registered associate.
• No person is allowed to work in the name of the company without registration.

2. Duties of the Associate

• The main duty of an associate is to correctly communicate the company’s information to others.
• Associates must not make false promises or provide misleading information.
• The associate must clearly inform every person that — This is an opportunity for business and self-employment, not a job.
• Earnings depend on one’s effort, performance, and network.
• The associate must properly train and guide all members under their supervision.

3. Commission & Payment

• The associate’s commission will be given according to the company’s rules and closing schedule.
• Weekly closing will take place on Tuesday, and payments will be released afterward.
• Payments will be made only via bank transfer or digital mode — not in cash.
• The associate must maintain proper records of their commissions.

4. Code of Conduct

• Every associate must behave with honesty, decency, and courtesy.
• An associate has no right to collect extra money or make unauthorized promises.
• The associate must not engage in fraud or exert pressure on anyone.
• If an associate damages the company’s image, their ID may be suspended immediately.

5. Confidentiality

• The associate must not share any internal company information without permission.
• Protecting the privacy of customers (name, number, address) is the associate’s responsibility.

6. Restrictions

• The associate cannot run any independent plan or scheme in the company’s name.
• The associate cannot create any receipt, banner, advertisement, or poster without the company’s approval.
• Promotion must be done only using authorized company materials and as per company guidelines.

7. Violation & Action

• If an associate violates company rules —
• Their commission may be withheld.
• Their Associate ID may be permanently terminated.
• Legal action may be taken if necessary.

8. Safety & Transparency

• The company provides every associate with a safe and transparent platform.
• Associates will receive all closing, payment, and report updates via online portal or SMS.
• Both the company and associates must work with mutual trust and cooperation.
